The Gamemaster, or GM for short, is the person running the ARG. The Gamemaster is the one who creates the entire story, characters, puzzles, and everything else that makes up the ARG. JohnisDead has had a total of four different Gamemasters over its run. Note that just because a player may help out the GM from time to time doesn't mean that they are Gamemasters themselves.
