The Absque fascie are a mysterious ancient tribe who serve Luna. These faceless entities reside in Luna's Parallelos. It is said that they will accompany Luna when she brings about the end times.

The Absque fascie strongly resemble the Majora's Mask aliens known as 'Them'. This is because the photo of the Absque fascie is an altered image of the Flatwoods Monster, the cryptid that the aliens were based off of. Absque fascie is latin for 'Without Face' as they have a gaping hole where their faces should be.
Lore[]
It is said that the Absque fascie have existed since before the dawn of mankind. While even the Lunar Children do not know much about these mysterious creatures, it is said that they are an essential part of Luna's plan. It is said that when the end times are near and Luna descends upon the Earth, the Absque fascie will accompany her. Rosa claims that when Luna descends the Absque fascie will 'take all as their masks', though what this means exactly is unclear.
The Lunar Children describe the Absque fascie as powerful, though it is said that those who ascend and follow the teachings of Patrem shall become more powerful. It's also said that the Absque fascie have very limited access to our parallelos, as their main purpose is to serve Luna. It seems as if the Absque fascie have some free will of their own, however. This can be seen with Helper, or as he is known to the Lunar Children, Auxiliatis. Helper was one of Luna's most trusted Absque fascie who was often tasked with spreading Luna's testament across the parallelos. Helper had become fond of mankind and wished instead to spend time in their parallelos. Luna was angered by this and forever enslaved him to mankind.
Though he is taboo, the Lunar Children will still use Helper's services in times of need, but only as a last resort if Patrem or Tenebris are not available. Tenebris himself is said to have originally been an Absque fascie until he used Ben as a vessel.
